My name is Daniel Ruffinelli and this is my personal website. I am a postdoctoral researcher working on Natural Language Processing at the University of Mannheim. Currently, I am mostly focused on learning about and understanding large language models (LLMs) by regularly advising and collaborating on a few research projects (see some of my publications to get a more concrete idea). Before that, I got a PhD doing research on learning representations of knowledge graphs. In addition, as a postdoc I’ve been responsible for creating a few MSc courses about LLMs and Information Retrieval at the University of Mannheim.
In this website, you can find some of my writing about topics related to LLMs, as well as the teaching material I created, which may be useful for either learning or teaching, and some other content I may find useful or fun to share (feel free to explore the sidebar for these).
